Hello everyone

Me and my buddy Arko, we are looking for one or two new flatmates from 1st of May. We live in a new apartment (85 square meters),with two bedrooms, modern and very welcoming, equipped with everything, in Brondby area.

If you want to know a few things about us, here they are:
I studied art so I like to draw, paint, carve...
I am working in the mornings and sometimes on my projects the rest of the day.

I like to go out in nature, to cook, sometimes to watch a movie, I am a vegetarian, a non-smoker (so no smoking in the apartment) and in general a quiet person. I really like to socialize, but I enjoy the time spent alone at least as much. I greatly appreciate honest communication and trusty people.
I enjoy a lot having from time to time dinner together.

My buddy Arko, is a nice almost three years old Cane Corso, always in the mood to play and eager to go out in nature to meet new play partners. So i think it is good to be an dog lover and to feel comfortable being around them.

An important thing would be that you need to like to keep things clean in the apartment and who doesn't skip the cleaning schedule. Please, if you want to apply for the room keep this in your mind.

The monthly rent is 5900kr (for one person) and you need to pay a deposit, the equivalent of two months of rent. The rest of the expenses, such as water, electricity, internet are divided in half.
The rental period is preferably for long term.

The room is not furnished, but it comes with a closet, a little table and you can get the bed from the person who lived before, for a fee.

Train station 5 min away.
Buss station 5 min away.

Shops like Lidl, Netto, Super Brugsen, Rema, 10 min away.

The move in date is from 1st May.
Cpr registration possible for two persons.
